The premise is, the fiancee of the king is executed on false charges by the king and his mistress (her younger brother watches this happen, which isn't important atm but might come into play later). In her next life, she is the daughter of a baron. She gains memories of her past life as a young woman. The crown prince, the son of the aforementioned king and mistress, needs a fiancee. So daughters from multiple families become candidates m, including our girl, by having to work as maids in the palace (which doesn't make sense, but whatever). She isn't resentful of how her past life ended at all. At the palace she meets her childhood friend who obvs doesn't recognise or know her as she is now, and falls for him, I think? He's currently captain of the knights. Anyway, it's good
