I'm actually more obsessed with the novel. Spoilers - For anyone that wants to know, they end up having a HUGE miscommunication arc that pissed me the fuck off so much. The misunderstanding is Andante's fault (in my opinion) but Jin doesn't do much asking to figure it out. They get separated for awhile and Andante goes crazyyy. Through this whole arc, Andante feels like a black flag but the biggest thing that I loved was his growth. Andante is still very much possessive but he's more respectful of Jin's choices. I really love their dynamic right now - I haven't read the side stories yet but I do plan to. I really recommend the novel but I do warn you - the miscommunication was very long and a lot of people dropped it because of it.

Thank God someone recommended this to me because I FKIN LOVED IT!! I don't have much time to read nowadays due to work so this took a friggin week to get through. (My usual time for a story with 80+ chapters is 3-4 days and this one took about 6 days) ANYWAYS!! I truly loved it all and the development between the two was so cute and it felt like a genuine build up. The amnesia arc wasn't even that bad either AND it didn't take up 50+ chapters either. I really enjoyed this ️️

After reading Ch 92, my heart hurts a lot. I went on Tapas to read the Creator's note and I guess this is the end. You can kind of see it at the end of Ch 92 but in the Creator's note, Tristan becomes a vampire and Ethan's alive. It shows them walking down the aisle and it's so fkin cute ️ I came because of Lamy and it really delivered on both smut and plot. I wish the ending didn't feel so abrupt but it wasn't bad overall. It's possible that there might be updates on Ethan and Tristan on Asami-sensei's patreon so I'll be looking at that (when I have moolah )

So I came for smut and got hit with deep lore instead I'm crying y'all... I actually really like the story - I thought I wasn't going to like the characters but I really enjoy finding out more about why each of them are the way that they are.

Dammit, I'm actually liking it because the animal people are such cuties who have been treated like crap by these fked up scientists and Little A is so adorable. Plus the art is

Realizing that they're perfect for each other because they are both toxic in their own ways.... Low-key, I kinda like this story
