️️️️️ Romance, Historical, Supernatural Overall, really good love story, although I thought the ending was rushed and I don’t really understand Yato and the FL’s love towards each other. There wasn’t much background on their relationship towards the end because the story was mostly focused on the General as the main love interest. Lastly, I thought it was really strange that Yato is basically the FL’s father’s face/body and she’s just kissing his face and is in love with him? Kind of weird. P.S. this is by the same author as Under the Oak Tree.
How To Survive As A Player
️️️ Yaoi, Historical, Isekai, Supernatural, Smut This review may have spoilers. Extremely intriguing. I haven’t read any isekai, boys love before. The whole idea of another world yaoi is different, but I don’t think the isekai element is explained well enough. It is very confusing (especially at the beginning) why these “players” are in another world. Nothing about this is explained; why, how, game world, another world, is it real? Making the whole isekai element lacking background, explanation, or reasoning. Other than the unexplained isekai, the actual boys love is interesting, but also questionable. I’m somewhat confused about how the Grand Duke knows the King likes him, they almost made it seem like the King confessed to him while it was still a game, which is very strange to me, especially when those feelings are now real to him. Lastly, is the Kings powers he seems to be very weak personally, but is somehow number one in the kingdom rankings? I don’t understand this, especially since all his subjects are also celestials who are know for being weak too. I’m confused how he is number one, has been since forever, and is apparently double as strong as number two in the rankings. Too many unanswered questions, that I have a feeling will never be answered. P.S. as a warning this does contain non consensual behavior. Please keep that in mind before reading.

I love how the FL is not only getting stronger throughout the whole story, but she’s also very smart and shows this through her wise decisions. I also enjoy the relationship between the FL, her father, her “grandpapas”, and the male love interest. They are all so adorable together, can’t wait for more!

️️️️ Action, Reincarnation, Game System, Supernatural, Isekai, Magic, Martial Arts Really unique spill on the popular genres. I haven’t read a game/system manga like it before. The art is great, the story is interesting, although I did find it to be a little slow.

️️️️ Romance, Fantasy, Smut, Supernatural Awww the main leads are so adorable together. Wish the story was longer. Their relationship felt kind of rushed, but overall it was good for a short and sweet read.
