okay. wow. this story made me cry so hard as a person who literally never finds herself in a situation where I would ever be loved ueno is literally the ideal man,,the way he cares for tabata had me so happy even if my heart ached because it would never be me, i love it regardless. I love all the characters slight development over the series, even if it isn’t finished yet. I love ueno and tabatas relationship and how he looks past the “ugly fat girl” and sees how kind and gentle she is. he is so wholesome. He loves her so much and when he picked her up and she had said “I’m heavy aren’t I??” And he just responded “not at all.” With the biggest smile on his face I fucking love him so so so so much I pray for their marriage. I am a strong BL fan so shoujo manga isn’t really my thing but this story literally healed me so much it’ll never happen to me but just mental peace. bless this scan group on everything I love how good the translation is. I will be purchasing the series in full when volumes start coming out. I love this story and the peace it has brought me.
