I like it. I can see why some don't, especially if they're expecting a typical action series since it involves dungeons and hunters - as someone who reads a lot from this genre, I'd classify this as romance/slice of life. If you're expecting it to not be a big part of the story, sorry to say, lower your expectations. I love reading romance and find this type of setting refreshing. There's something cute/almost funny in seeing the dude having a crush on MC essentially since high school (even if realised only later), and I'm definitely a sucker for people who are different yet extremely similar <3

Meh, was okay until the whole moment where MC was saving his friend's sister and seeing her naked body was made such a big deal // leaning into the "sexual harassment = comedy" trope. Like if it was a man instead there would have been no issue I'm sure, making a big deal out of seeing her naked body out of necessity to save her life just made the whole thing weird and tasteless imo. It was unnecessary. A bit sad, I was looking forward to seeing more of the mother-son duo. Oh well, we're getting better action series as time goes on that treat female characters equally to the male characters, I don't need to force myself to read crap that still do these things.
