Honestly it was pretty good. It only had a few smut scenes, so 95% of the story was plot.

This was such an interesting one. There technically is no romance — it’s more of a one sided love and/or just mutual infatuation with each other. The ML is a psychopath who clearly has an interest in MC, but not exactly love.

Chapter 35

Story that actually has a deep plot to it. There was no romanticizing or glorifying SA (even if the characters themselves blamed themselves).

Chapter 57 Plot focused

After reading the comments, I figured I wouldn’t like this story. I’m not super fond of manipulative/abusive/etc. ukes. That being said, I really enjoyed this. I feel it did really well with showing how abusive/manipulative relationships can continue and further the cycle of abuse even onto the next person. The relationship between Jinha and Won absolutely was toxic and inappropriate (let’s not forget Jinha was a child/minor when Won started liking him). I do feel like, at least in the beginning, that it was more infatuation/longing for someone who is like him rather than romantic feelings, but it doesn’t change the inappropriate relationship he still chose to pursue. Regardless, it was a nice switch up on my usual reads and I do recommend it.
