Rift (Conro)
Yuni and Natsuki have been friends since childhood. Now as teens, Natsuki is unable to hold his feelings towards Yuni any longer and triggered by the sudden death of his father, he force himself into Yuni just to disappear the day after. Natsuki believes that his love is unrequited and Yuni realises that he is deeply in love with his best friend. There is a lot of angst in this story and the development that leads to the conclusion feels a little rush but I liked it.
Haru No Noroi
Haru is death and now his older sister has to deal with grief and the feeling of being left behind by the only person that has loved her in her life. After the funeral, Haru's fiance come to Natsume and asks her to be the new fiancee, then, with all those feeling from losing Ng his beloved sister to this man she agrees to date him, but until they have gone to all the places he and Haru went on dates before. It's a really good story that talks about a family who cast away the eldest sister and never give her a place to belong to the point to feel like she only had her sister and putting his world up-side-down after her death. Having two characters face their reality, obliging them to realise their true feelings and face them properly. I liked this a lot!! It's been in my "want to read" shelf for soo long! It's really good although the end let me a little bit off. I wish it would have been more development of their new lifes.
Sora o Daite Oyasumi
Just wow! What a let down!!!! It's a really good story, the plot, the way is tell, the art, everything. Unfortunately, it's not completed! I feel like writing an end by my self just to feel at ease.
Itsudemo Kimi ga
Minase lives at a school dormitory where, for the new semester, arrives his little brother best friend and Minase's crush. They get to share room and to kiss, Minase even got confess by Takashi, which makes him happy, but there is something that bothers him and is preventing him from say "I like you too". Minase loss of memory is now taking importance and Takashi has more to do with all this than what he says at the begining.
Enka - Zetsurin Ou to Yokubou Ouji
The favourite concubine of the emperor isn't a girl but a boy, a castrated boy more beautiful than any girl, woman or man, but this boy is nothing less than the royal Prince from a neighboring fallen kingdom and he's here being ravished night after night for two reasons: he's never felt such pleasure before with other men and to seek revenge for the murdered of his father. I liked this story. I mean, yes, is perturbing that the protagonist is a child and that he has to go through all that but, he does it with a goal in mind. The plot is really good: how he got to be exactly where he wanted. And with everything that happened to him on the way, he was really composed about it, and smart. And more than anything, I liked the end. He achieving his objective without double thinking. For a moment I thought that maybe he'll go all softhearted but no. It's a really well done work.
Broken Melody
Minhee is a young piano prodigy leaded by his father but after she suffers a break down during a performance her life crumbles under her feet. After loosing everything on the stage she starts to lose everything else: family, friends, piano, music, and herself. A long, long way is waiting for her to open her eyes and stand up in her own two feet and start moving forward once again and it would be thanks to friends and enemies that she will be able to do so.
Shinrei Shashinshi Kouno Saburou
Sota, a child living at a department complex is curious about Kono, a photographer and the nextdoor neighbor, who has already spent 3 nights at the flat, which people said it's haunted by the ghost of the woman that used to live there. The truth is that Kono isn't a normal photographer and Sota is not being completely honest about himself either. Just wow! It's amazing how in a few pages the author is able to transmit such a message and create such plot.
Kyou No Kira-kun
Nino is known as the bird woman because she has a parrot, sensei, on her shoulder and don't speaks to anyone. Kira is the complete opposite: popular, sociable, kind of a delinquent and a womaniser. This two are classmates and neighbors and even if they don't speak to each other, their parents are friends. After learning that Kira is going to die in a year, Nino does something unexpected even for herself: she promises to be with him until the very end. I absolutely love this! Kira isn't the typical shojou manga protagonist and neither Nino. Sensei is great and the relationship that Nino and he have is really precious. Yabe and Rei are awesome as well. The fact that both the main role characters have parents like these is new as well and I loved it. It's a great story.
