SEASON 2 STARTS CHAPTER 41. ML (Dylan, crown prince) becomes emperor after he wins the rebellion, killing the royal family and forcing the previous emperor to eat an Ehirite shard (eating those makes humans change in different ways, through them the MC, Charlize, became a living sword in the previous timeline since she has strong will). Other characters to note: - Kihu: Charlize’s previous fiancé, he has memories of the previous timeline but doesn’t know Char was turned into a sword, though he suspects she is connected. They are fond of each other but not truly love. - Blond magician: interested in Char’s power. - Redhead assassin: supposedly fell for Char after witnessing her power. - Ronan family (Char’s father and two older brothers): they treated Char terribly, blaming her of killing her mother in childbirth. Now that she doesn’t care about (and is powerful cough) them they regret it. Currently, Char is aware Dylan loves her. She doesn’t return his feelings.

Ch 28. It’s good, I guess. But the MC is just such a goody two shoes I cringe sometimes. She’s kinda dumb tbh — even if she always achieves whatever she wants to ‘help others’ using the abilities she gets from dreams.

Only read season 1, I like how it ends like that. Dropped since I didn’t like season 2. I love it! So much! I read it so fast because I could get enough of it, it’s simply amazing. Navier is an incredible woman, she’s a true Empress. Her ex-husband Sovieshu and his mistress Rashta can go suck a dick, they are both and arrogant selfish. Sovieshu thought he’d made Navier infertile when they both accidentally ate cookies to produce miscarriage as kids (they grew up together knowing they’d marry) and he tried to divorce her to make Rashta Empress for a year, making her baby his heir — but Navier immediately remarried Heinley, the King of a neighbor rival country! They are so cute together, Heinley is smitten, even if Navier thinks it is a marriage of convenience so far.

MC seems to be a BADASS

I like this MC and ML! MC is strong in battle, but ML is an absolute monster. MC is a noblewoman from a family that ‘fell from grace’ and has to take care of her younger brother, so she enlists in the army dressed as a man (Elze). She meets companions there and forms a group of mercenaries (Elise). As Elze, she saves the life of Shan (ML) and aids him, becoming important since it’s the first time he’s been shown such kindness (gay vibes!). Then, she returns home to care for her brother and the prince (or sth) arranges her to marry Shan so he becomes a Count. Shan suspects she is Elze, but he is falling for her regardless of whether she is or isn’t. Really cute.

Looks interesting! MC isn’t particularly charming, but she’s sober about her situation. I think the story itself looks good, it’s a harder path compared to other novels I like. The ML is the blond, red-eyed prince — he seems different from most MLs. He’s very cocky in a way that suits him, I like his interactions with the MC a lot! Actually read some fanfiction of this novel. It’s awesome. The ML, the prince, falls for her and he falls hard. I like him.
