Wow! This was so delicious. I’m going to miss it now that it’s finished!! I really enjoyed it and the ending didn’t feel rushed! This is def a step up from the author’s other work “walk in water” in terms of pacing & chronology. Overall really really enjoyed it.

Beautiful slow burn between childhood friends. You can really see the love they have for each other & I appreciate them waiting to show them connect physically. Almost all WW2 Japanese mangas get me in the feels.

So good! Wish I would have slowed tf down and read this the way it should have been read! Such a sweet relationship & you feel like you really grow with them. I really like how this story is the bridge between previous Omegaverse stories (where omegas don’t really have much going for them) to the modern ones we read now when omegas already have good suppressants and successful jobs in society. This story is the inbetween!! And it walks us through the oppression, discrimination, and heart felt liberation movement the entire omegaverse society had to go through to advance! Amazingly laid out and super realistic, I truly enjoyed it.

This type of love makes me want to slit my wrists. It was so beautiful and kudos to this amazing author. It’s such a soft and consistent love - it feels like a nice cup of warm tea. The way they communicate and how they express what they’re feeling. THE WORDS OF AFFIRMATION! DELICIOUS! Sex scenes were actual sex not just useless pounding - the positions, the fluidity of the hair and sheets, the literal structures of their bodies was so meticulously and wonderfully done. This bad boy is at the top of my lists ️ and the first one! Which is JUST as sweet.

Already wrote a long review on the sequel but you just don’t get good content like this anymore. Like an actual LOVE story not just smut jumbled in a slee of misunderstandings. This progression of love wws super satisfying and it addressed issues without drama. Two of the loveliest and most adorable characters I’ve read about. Also high key shout out to the author and whoever drew the sex scenes - well done

BROTHERS W/O A FUCKING TOMORROW- You motherfuckers did it AGAIN. Scrumptious and so freaking good. It always starts with this weird and completely uneven power exchange and by the time you get to the end you’re rooting for them This was one of their best truly
