Kimi and Natsuo are stepbrothers. They initially had a close relationship, but after Natsuo walked in on Kimi blowing another guy, Natsuo treats Kimi harshly. Despite his treatment, Kimi doesn't blame Natsuo and is actually in love with him.

Masayuki's younger stepbrother Kei was his support when they were younger, but Kei left five years ago after assaulting Masayuki and became a celebrity. Kei suddenly returns to film a movie and brings with him more anxiety and conflict to Masayuki's life.
