[♡♡♡♡] Dangerous Convenience Store (Manhwa)(a broke college boy works late-night shifts in a gangster and thug filled neighbourhood, but one of the customers happen to a be blunt yet kind older man and ever since he became frequenting, many thugs came by less, soon they both became comfortable with each other when the older man asks if he would like to sleep other once or twice)(loved the characters and the story, only the time skip was an issue, so fluffy and hot, ml is a green flag)(Def Re-Read)

[️️️️] Our Youth (Manhwa)(a studious high schooler who’s neglected by his workaholic parents and often sees bullies bullying a single classmate, yet he nor any other student does anything to stop them, until on night as he’s walking home through a rough neighbourhood shortcut, he sees the bully’s ring leader being beat black and blue by his father, afterwards the bully approaches him and threatens him to not tell anyone , which he didn’t have the intention of doing, but then many encounters occur in which the bully relies on this emotionless student who also can’t help but keep on helping him)(so realistic, each character is morally grey from the seme who is a observing bully to the uke who is a bystander, yet the story is really good, the unlikely relationship between the complete opposites being so slow and awkward then it blooms into a friendship that isn’t quite like friendship, where they themselves know that they aren’t quite friends yet are something without those boundaries of friendship, eventually becoming a love that they won’t forget, the angst was harsh and the build up for it was through the solemn narration where you knew something bad had to happen but couldn’t know what until it was revealed, the bitter separation was hurtful and the time skip blended the fact that as high schoolers they were naive and vulnerable but as adult they could make the choices they want although time was needed but the love was still there, the ending in my opinion was bittersweet, the couple are together and happy but they could be even happier except the circumstances of their environment and social groups and careers still restrains them)(Def Re-Read) 12th December 2024

[️️️️] Unlucky Mansion (Manhwa)(A girl quits her job and suddenly gets evicted from her apartment, as she’s looking her a job, she sees a caretaker job at a mansion that provides rooming too, when she goes to the interview, she meets the anti-social and rude owner who picks at her, angered she throws a glass at him and leaves, only to get a call back that she got the job, confused and annoyed by the her new boss, she still agrees to go, there she meets all the other tenants)( so so funny, the characters were perfect and loveable, they all were hilarious as well as had depth and chemistry, it created such nice harmony and homeliness, each person had their own issues and struggles but it was expressed so realistically, the main couple was adorable and quirky, a total enemies to lovers, the relationship growth was a slow-burn and done with perfection, honestly it was an amazing read, just wish there more side chapters)(Def Re-Read) 16th December 2024

[️️️️] The Palace of Bardo (Manhwa)(reincarnated 100 years after his original death due to karma from his previous life of being with the obsessive and abusive emperor who would selfishly kill anyone, so in this life he swear to forget him but he’s unfortunate to remember his memories as well as fall in sight of the current emperor who also develops an obsession like before, still he’s adamant to not live if he’s to live like his previous life, yet he doesn’t know that the current emperor isn’t the past emperor and wants to cherish him although he’s not sure how)(really good angsty story, it’s dreary and toxic in the beginning and u think the couple won’t get together, then u begin to see the small changes in the seme’s attitude and behaviour just as the uke also changes for the sake of not wanting more karma, the the story narrative shifts from past to present throughout the plot which wasn’t confusing nor hard to follow along, the crown prince was funny at the beginning but soon after I really enojoyed his innocence, meanwhile the seme would continuously bully his own son the crown prince who was only five years old, the art is somewhat off but I didn’t mind it, along the faces and hair could’ve used a lot more work, the uke hates the seme in the beginning but at the end he gets just as jealous and clingy as the seme who usually doesn’t want to leave the uke’s side for even a second, the uke is sick throughout the story, I really liked this)(Def Re-Read) 2nd January 2025

[️️️️] Goodnight, My Little Bird / Oyasumi, Itoshiki Kotori-sama (Manga)(human and winged people coexist, a human gets a job to do miscellaneous tasks around the manor of a shut-in winged heir, and begins to feel concerned over the heir, until the heir finds an abandoned egg outside the manor and decides to raise it as his own heir, although heir doesn't know anything about egg incubation and child care, so the human takes up the job to incubate the egg but upon hatching the baby imprint on the human so he tries to get the baby to realise his actual father while also getting the heir to become more comfortable with the baby)(so dang cute, the baby is in the first chapter so the growth of the adorable couple alongside child care is perfection, really enjoyable plot and characters)(Def Re-Read) 8th Jan 2025

[️️️️] Today's Lucky Item Is an Ahjusshi (Manhwa)(an employee who has super bad luck, wears a lucky item everyday, hoping that something that day would go right, until one day he meets the team leader early before work, and soon that day goes super good, then after work, all his bad luck comes back in the form of a heavy rain shower, for which he goes into a bar, that happens to be a gay bar, where the team leader is drunk and pounces on him, and soon he’s swept into a motel, totally willingly and confused)(so dang good, the characters were on fire, the chemistry and their interactions were so cute and hot, even their personalities were so opposite yet such a good match, only issue is that it was so short and it had a lot of potential for a longer story)(Re-Read) 15th January 2025

(Manga)(covering up his harsh personality, a cute and easy-going college student struggles to survive his unlucky life but when he's saved by a stranger that turns out to be a fellow student who known for his good-looks and unwavering luck, he realises that by staying by this luck guy's side he's able to curb his unluckiness, so in order to propose they become close friends who walk together in between classes, he misleadingly says that they should go out, to which the luck guy agrees, although not expecting this turn of events the unlucky guy goes with the flow so that he can keep using him)(tooth aching sweet) (I think it’s still on-going)

[♡♡♡♡] Bending the Spoon (Manga)(misunderstood delinquent of the class doesn't have friends nor does he stay in class much but when he gets compared to the quiet, expressionless class his achiever, he lashes out mean words, but later after school when the delinquent is venting his anger by playing baseball he accidently misses the wall and smashes the window where the expressionless student was walking by, but before the student could get hurt, they were transported to another town, although confused the delinquent shows him around and helps him take the bus, as they're leaving the student states that he had powers that he couldn't control because his overprotective father had made him suppress his ability by suppressing him emotionals)(super cute and wholesome + loved the development) Re-Read: 17th January 2025
