He’s shitty to her [there are hints that it’s because he’s trying to protect her somehow] and she loves him seemingly one-sidedly. She’s an orphan so she has low self esteem and takes it. One day he goes berserk and about to explode. She guides him to safety and saves his life while sacrificing herself. She dies and finds herself possessing a baron’s beloved daughter. Ten years pass and the love she is raised with makes her forget her husband and his cold ways. She accidentally gets a book of prophecy that she remembers reading as a romance fantasy novel in Korea. where A guide-saint and a crown prince ESPer fall in love and the subML is the duke and the FL’s ex husband. The duke is the ex-husband who also died in korea and came into the dukes body. He is also an ESPer and misses his wife. Our FL goes to coming of age ceremony at the Palace and sees the duke and the Saint who turns out to be a S-level guide she knew in Korea that harassed her and tried to convince her to divorce her husband because she was holding him back by only being a B level guide. She mumbles the Saint’s Korean name [that no one knows except the duke] in amazement and her husband’s ESPer ears hear her Korean pronunciation in the crowd. He goes looking for that voice and comes upon the FL and her family. The FL has no feelings for him. The ML hears her voice and wonders if she is his wife or knew his wife in Korea and does a background check on her afterwards. Also our FL was a mercenary and fighter in Korea and so has the same knowledge and skills as a baron’s daughter and decides to fight monsters on her family’s improvised land.
