Mature lady (divorcee) x cute puppy college boy - Now that I've finished it all I'm left with is frustration. I get why people like this so much, it's cuz it's realistic. But I don't like realism, and I can't relate. I don't hate this. But the more I read it the more pissed I feel. At one point I even started crying not because it was sad, but because I was so fucking frustrated at them. Emotional blackmail at one point. Her having goodbye sex with her ex husband, she can do whatever she wants, but I'm just pissed cuz he benefited from it. Annoying. She bottles up her feelings from start to end, until finally he has to pry it open, sacrificing his dignity (if he even had any left lol) to get it out of her. Begging her to stay, even if he had to be a side fuck. Her not immediately denying that and making him feel like he is one. There may be more but this is just off the top of my head. It may not have been all bad, but the bad overweighs the good by a mile, I can't even feel the satisfaction of them getting together at the end, after all the frustration they have given me and my heart. I hate it here. Also, I feel like their relationship is completely based on sex, even after they got together, because of their dynamic, and the fact that THEY LITERALLY DON'T DO ANYTHING ELSE. Which is why I rate it a three, which is considerably low compared to my other ratings, but this. I just can't with this.
