last ch i read: 116 plot: omega isekais in modern world withou abo. last chs had him getting into an accident and then disappearing, he came back to his world and saw his mom, but didnt call out to her, discovered his parents got divorced and moved on, decides not to contact them, almost gets hit by a car again and he goes back to the other world, he calls ml and asks him to take him home, he arrives and kid is waiting, cried bc he missed mc too much, then both dad and son scolded him, they asked him where he went, he told them he went to his og world, didnt believe him lol, then mc gets mad and gives ml his back on the bed, then ml tries to convince him, mc explains abt abo genders. mc gives birth, baby is intersex, registered as male but baby identifies as a girl, so they changed it to girl.
