seriously, this is such a gem. too bad a few people know of it. very much slice-of-life manga. story sounds run of the mill but it was told in a realistic, heart-rending poignant way you'd had a hard time turning away from it. straight, playboy seme's slow process of falling inlove (for real). very cute friends to lovers story set in university. ch.5 (separate oneshot): sad unrequited love of cafe manager x friend who is now a family man.

(this mangaka who likes either one of her guys a straight man accepting being in a gay relationship) ch. 1-3: delinquent guy is crushing over this bookwork that is widely disliked by their classmates but doesn't give a damn about everything, even him lol. fast forward to college age and he's now a car mechanic and still very much in-love with the guy. straight guy is sooo slow to pick up. ch. 4-5: a bogged down PE. teacher met this alumni at the streets. took his drunk ass home. he is straight but the problem is, he kind of blanks out when he's drunk so he tried avoiding this dangerous (and tempting) young man. well, tried. ch 6: #yakuza debt collector to a #host. host can't be honest with his feelings. nice oneshot. And it's his time to wonder about what kind of "special" this man is. ch. 5: #bickering pair, #straight uke x gay seme. #former high school roommates, #reencounter @college. off all the tenants to be neighbors with, it's this guy whom he had an awkward past with. who asked him to arrive home dripping wet and all sexy? but he's straight. haha. riight, dude. and now that it seems they're repeating the same patter again, he tried escaping.

When I learned about it, it hurt my heart the same way seme shed tears from it. It started from mid-90s so the artwork slowly shifts towards the modern look. But best part of this manga is the story. A very good age gap manga that should be a standard in this genre. A certified classic. A teenaged boy who had a gf suddenly had to live with his sister's friend. From compassion it slowly started developing to love which gave him a lot of confusion. #amazing secondary characters: TBH the character I like the most is the ex-GF's best friend. She's great.

Laughing my ass off at their first sex. what a twist. *face palm.
