the moment i glanced at the artwork i go" "oh god, it's this mangaka. the famous yaoi hands and body!" but tbh, in compare to her other works, this stories are pure and nice. Best thing is it's always UNCENSORED. YAY. Ch. 1: Ah, young love. Uke's reactions take me back in time. being prickly to his suitor but in all honesty, he likes him too lol. in our country it's what we call "tulak ng bibig kapit ng dibdib". in-denial uke tried experimenting with a woman but seme caught him in time and "punished" him. i'm amused at the female classmates who are teasing them tho. (fujoshis in the making). .//. ch. 2: the cute younger seme x older uke pair and their life as lovers. working man uke loved his lover as much as his work so a spoiled vacation plan get them into a spat. i like how "the adult bottom and his younger (teen) lover. the student seme is not annoying and immature but his sexy stoicism when combined with his silent sulking is very much adorable. .//. ch. 3 & 8: the usual "my hand is injured to help me masturbate" request but it didn't happen. #roommates and classmates. as a guy, MC even finds his (delinquent) roommate boyfriend material. good pace, ended with a confession. .//. ch. 4 & ch. 7: a shortie oneshot about a two-man idol group who is secretly dating had a little problem in the photoshoot. second part is about the costumes. .//. ch. 5: spin-off chapter for "anbalance lover" couple. what happeend 3 months after. .//. ch. 6: meh oneshot. an uncle is a university teacher and he lived there for a while while his parents work out their relationship on the brink of divorce. #taking care while sick #sex while sick. #megane seme in a kimono x teenager uke. #uncle x nephew .//. ch. 8: two high school boys #already in a relationship. #super popular seme then enters seme's BFF that is against them because "they don't suit each other" (just a real friend. it's actually only a misunderstanding in his part). uke has a very low self-esteem to the point he does not understand why is he liked by this popular person. thus, it's easy for other people to bully him. it's all good bec. in the end, uke got over with his internal struggle.

Ch. 1-3: A reimagined world where the fox, racoon and rabbit had their own colony of sorts... or rather, a very cute yakuza+animal ears mashup manga reminiscent of seto no hanayome. The young master of the rabbit clan was just about to raise an objection of a rabbit girl marrying in the fox clan but instead he himself got roped into a shotgun marriage. Slowly fell inlove with the son's of the fox leader. And so started his married life within the fox clan. OFC it is not complete w/o marriage blues! Aw this is so adorable. I kept on going forward to look for a continuation and there's none? OH C'MON! I need my actual mpreg! waiiiiii. @ch. 5, page 30-37: This special shortie made me happy tho, w/ the couple's adorable first born. #onsen sex, tysm. //. Ch. 4-5: Stressed-out salaryman developed #erectile dysfunction bec of stress at work so that got him addicted to sex in order to unwind. Tired of it, he found himself trying out gay sex service and met this guy whom he had great compatability in bed (despite him being initally straight). Started out as a #physical relationship (yet they live together like husband and wife) lol but later salaryman seme fell inlove and even #proposed just to show he's being serious. Uke quit being prostitute and went steady with seme. ➤☆ 3.5 stars.

Ch. 1-3: #tsundere uke x depressive seme / god uke x human seme. I'd say... Love the story & artwork but the humanism superiority complex are a bit unpleasant. It's a hit or miss in mangas. A courtier(seme), desperate for the emperor's favour took advantage of a god's naivete and took him to the city to play dirty politics. Literally. Dislike ep. 1 but I'm glad that there's something more to seme. Thankfully, uke as a powerful being was able to see seme's innate goodness. God fell inlove with seme and decided to help him. And they live happily ever after. I'd say fell inlove too fast like a shoujo heroine but it's not bad. I'm happy for them. .//. Ch. 4: #handsome, long-haired seme x cutesy, adorable uke. Oohh this is pretty good lol. A for-laughs manga. In order to save the world, the Hero must have sex with someone? He won't be getting one asking around like that tho. Hero had sex, it will go "KABOOM" and the world gets purified. Convenient isn't it? Short and shallow but that made it entertaining. .//. Ch. 5: #game-like. uke!maou x heteromorphic slime (means can become human) seme. Wow, the entertainment has just levelled up. Uke Demon King (they're usually seme) just wanted peace but the heroes are not giving him slack by attacking his minions for EXP points. So he saved that poor slime and the slime thanked him not just by turning into tentacles monster but suddenly he became a macho man and I JUST HAD TO THROW MY PHONE AND ROLL ON THE BED LAUGHING. I... I... got su-sannned!!!! ps. is it me or the hero looks like the hero from chapter 4?

{An anthology w/ the theme of "bakemono" ~ shape-shifting youkai/monsters in japanese folklore so expect your seme or uke TO BE ONE. Some are nice & smutty but some may be too weird for ur taste. *horrified scream* If you hate creepy-crawlies, STAY TF AWAY FRM CHAP. 6!!} Ch. 2: brow-raising funky combination of kitsune (fox) and tentacles lol. ordinary-looking highschooler blackmailed a classmate with his proof shot of the guy with his fox ears on while sleeping. His condition is to have a taste of that big "D" but chickened out in the middle. Unexpectedly, fox boy hunted him down and demanded to finish what they did last time. This time, in his terms. .//. Ch. 3: A boy with underwater photography as a hobby was washed on a shore, unconscious. Got saved by a long-haired guy. And OMG WHAT'S THIS ABOUT GIVING ME FEELS AFTER AN UNDERWATER SMUT WITH A MERMAID DICK!!!!!!! #bittersweet end. .//. Ch. 4: A very dark and sad oneshot that is begging for more. Heartbroken scientist wanted to die but the science experiment demon won't let him. TBH It's hard to enjoy either the smut or the story because it had too much crammed in a oneshot. Unfortunately, it failed on both aspects. If it were a simple demon seme x heartbroken scientist uke then it might have turn out nicer. It's even too short to see if these two manage to fall inlove in the future. End is meh. Rating: 3 stars. .//. Ch. 6: Another dark oneshot but at least it's better than chap. 4. It's... hot in all it's weird glory. I'm serious. HOWEVER, this can be considered as borderline bestiality since it involves the bee yokai looking more monster than human (and it's minions) and if you are not into it, STAY AWAY OR RISK GETTING TRAUMATIZED. -Writer looking for the paranormal stumbled across this inn in the woods & was crushing on the owner. Got more than what he asked for. He was kind of weirded out but has taken a liking to it with how he came back to the inn despite all. (Maybe the bee yokai will be able to impregnate him with more sex?)
Backdoor Business
For some reason I can't get into it. A mysterious shop w/ unique services are a familiar concept in BL & there's a lot of great ones w/ similar format (sex therapist & minori no te among others) that I REALLY like but IDK? But don't get me wrong, IT'S NOT BAD. I read it till the end. Synopsis: An repatriate who came back to Japan for good ran an izakaya (traditional japanese restaurant) that is a little bit... unique. First, the owner is a quirky guy who acts and thinks like a weaboo despite being japanese & second, he is using it as a front to do some detective work with his mysterious, all-capable employees. And did I mention that he's gay? So yeah, in a nutshell this manga is about him helping those unfortunate gay men who stumble to his restaurant building. #reencounter romance started to develop around half of the story. Love interest is the okama that works on a gay bar that the group knew through their first job. Surprise, they actually knew each other since high school and the "amazing" owner cannot seem to recall that he actually confessed lol. Cute happy ending for the two!
Shinigami no Koi
@2018 Edit: WOW. I never thought I could actually mark this as finished 1 yr after. Ch. 1-3,6: One shinigami passes time w/o a care until this one odd, kind human came. His fondness for this mortal got tested when 1 day, an order came down to collect this soul. / Ch. 4: #office romance of boss and subordinate, #already lovers. Subordinate saw his lover being secretive in a storage room with a woman. Became super jealous Ch. 5: Very nice prostitute x police story. It's touching and full of love. --- @2017 my summary: Shinigamis (death god) are created mateless, a creature of solitude. However, one certain shinigami started to enjoy watching a human so when it's time to reap this human's soul, he was unable to do it. As punishment for the failed mission, he was to pretend as a human being while waiting for a chance to finally do the deed. But it never came. And his chest started to feel warm whenever they were close. In the middle of their silly antics, these two lonely guys start falling mutually inlove. Thanatos (the shinigami) kept living with the human trying to deny that he wanted to let this human live until another knock at death's door arrived for his favourite Asahi. Unable to deny the love he's feeling, he decided to exchange his own for Asahi's. Nobody really knows what will happen to Shinigami's that "disappeared" but he still did it. So Asahi lived and kept his memory. I thought he (thanatos) was just going to fade way like that but later, we see a reborn shinigami without memory, and now as a guardian angel. It's practically a restart. But at the bonus page, we see a hint that he will eventually recover his memory even bit by bit. But the feelings of love? it's already there, ready to be remembered once again. I love the bittersweet ending.

Got curious bcos of the early 2000-ish artwork in the cover (...but it's not. Nice, familiar art!) Edit: Ohh raws The samurai is such a fun guy. LOL. I like him. Scene starts at meiji era (around 100 years ago) with a jobless samurai that degenerated to a hustler being chased (but wrongfully accused). Samurai drowned and found himself in modern times. @ch. 2: Aaand he's adjusting pretty well lol. I'm really liking this guy even if he's a loser no matter what timeline. He's good at kissing tho. Get that pretty boy, son! (#sexy but wacky. will add to my smut list later, need more chaps)
