For new readers, the art style will take getting used to but once you delve in the story, you will understand why this is a classic. #plot-heavy: Instead of a trope-y and/or kinky police plot or just dropping a gay+police together for some sexy time, we have a manga with a well-developed and properly researched (though not super accurate but the very japanese mangaka tried) story about two policemen who ended up together and just happened to be men. I like how the story is pieced like that. In every arc, we get to see their lives and how the kids grow and as case after case were properly closed, we get to see how their feelings grew. Dee, the guy who has chased his partner for years is as pitiful as he is amusing. I like how he's always creative in his rants. He kept the whole manga into a lighthearted note and I appreciate that despite the dangers and deaths surrounding them, Fake still maintained it's comedic note all throughout. That's the biggest difference it had to the heavy drama New York, New york. #adoption: Ryo took in 10-yo bikky at the start of the story. #great female character: Diana served as a cast for one of a few arcs too bad I wish she's a mainstay. but she's cool, pretty and strong. i like her. #multiple couples, het and gay. I appreciate how the mangaka put in detail about suit and shoes making. "Bespoke" and sexy comes to mind. I'm a fan of this mangaka so I had high expectations. It's a shop for tailor-made suits and to complete the set, he refers to his equally excellent colleague, shoemaker Jin. However, he's kind of stiff so the handsome & sexy tailor proposed to sleep together to loosen up... > Reminds me of Kujira no Oshitate-san. I think they would be a good read back to back.

Update:: Fin. What a sexy manga ️ It excites me how they try to one-up each other. They first met at highschool and at that time, Shimizu-sempai is already a trending model while rich kid Kubo is bored AF with life. And the sexy tension between them has lit something inside Kubo that he pursued what he has been taking for granted... that is, the fashion company his parents had built. 10 yrs later, Shimizu found himself signing a contract on a big-time fashion brand with the head designer that is none other than Kubo. And Kubo attached a personal condition to that contract. To have sex with him. Also the way unrequited love is build is refreshing. They were facing each other but at the same time, drawing lines inbetween. And it's not just the other. They both are. Woah... This is amazing. What started as an accidental meeting by a foreign-looking delinquent & a son of a boxer became an awesome story of a heavily closeted gay man bogged down by expectations snd this scarred young man that had a gift for boxing. That blond boy is scary but at the same time pitiful. He.might look like some robot onnthe outside but inside he's such a mess.

Nothing's more sexy than man in a kimono or suits. Put them together and BOOM! Eye candy manga. Not only that, the story is sweet, nice and peacefull too. Childhood friends are now grown up and is working at their respective tailor shop somehow, they don't get along like they used to. #hate-love, business rivalry. #decensored. The character design is interesting. It's like they suit the other's getup more. And that made it cute. I was floored when they created clothes for each other. Biracial seme is dapper in his suit and uke with his striking Japanese looks looked stunning in a traditional kimono. I wish there was more.
