They are both red flags. The top/alpha not as much, but he is definitely a red flag. In the extra chapter at the end he thinks about hiding the omega's heat suppressants to "make him his" (mark him). The omega tried to get the alpha to mark him when he was extremely vulnerable (tied up and drunk). Aka. he sexually assaulted the alpha. The story is somwha sweet after that, but it is not cute enough to ignore the whole "tried to rape" thing. Maybe if there were more chapters/character development but there wasn't soooo......
