dumb baseball boy meets dumb garden boy and they like each other but garden boy is scared of heartbreak again.... but baseball boy convinces him to try. reread april 2025: it was badly paced and the sex scenes happened so freaking quickly, a bit jarringly. like the second story in particular was so snappy to get into sex that i was literally drawn back from it like??? okay????? i guess?????? i won't probably reread it bc it's not... there was stuff that wasn't explained properly and etc etc. meh plot, meh characters, meh romance, but nice art!

I liked the first story and art style a lot! it was about childhood friends who met again when president hired his old "friend" to work under him,, mostly just for attention. 2023: reread it again and its really kinda just a meh story, all of them, sadly. i still liked the first story most and im gonna be real i didn't even read through the last one rip. the first story is good but it feels kinda violent to me :') i'm p sure its just the art style though, the dramatic action lines and stuff.

no problematic stuff really but it truly went 1 to 100 in one chapter like... sex in chapter one is just wild!! but it's not surprising pfff. the art was okay, not the best i've seen, and the plot was pretty... bland... i liked older brothers story more for sure

the fact that the translators didn't like the story is SO FUNNY TO ME???? also okay review here: not a great plot but it really had potential! if there was more exploration into michiru's psyche that'd help flesh out the plot more instead of just having the dumb characters have sex like 4 times in the span of 6 chapters. the pacing was really bad and the romance was sorely underdeveloped :( also would have commended the main boy if he didn't capitalize on the fucking date rape drug that was used as solely a plot point ahahaha but that's expecting too much. like... just don't read this again it's not worth it since the only thing that really saves it from a one star is the art style bc it is!!! really really pretty!!! but no substance!!!!!

october 2025 reread: after multiple years (i guess), i've reread it and honestly it's pretty mediocre. there's blackmail and some stumbling over romance, nothing that impressive tho. it was pretty softcore blackmail and it was mostly because the dude had feelings and he didn't know how to handle them. like... meh... not something i'm likely to reread any time soon, yet not worth it to mark it down as such. (bonus points to the author muno because i'm pretty sure they used to be one of my favorite manga authors! so going back to my roots a bit!)
