This story is abysmal. Gurlie has really strange mood swings and doesn't talk shit out at all. She's made to appear smart and/or cool when she really isn't and almost everything is irrational. Translations aren't the worst, but they certainly don't help in this case.

The way Elmer is treated in comparison to the mc is just straight illogical and weird and I fucking hate it when brothers have this weird obsession with their younger sisters in media like this bc it always feels so sketchy, like they view the sister's 'innocence' and 'purity' and 'cuteness' as something admirable. Its fucking WEIRD the dickass that recommended this to me - u kno who u are - I'm coming for u. If she could so easily use her powers to frighten her fam, why not use it beforehand? If these powers are special and highly regarded in the country, why not use it publicly? How unscientific for someone to be 'cursed' just bc they have different hair colour????
