Bo-Young is 28 years old and still struggling to finish college because she can't afford the tuition. After being unceremoniously dumped by the boyfriend she had supported over the years, Bo-Young gets the chance to get herself out of her stagnant life when she accepts a position to pose as a high school student for a year. All she has to do is avoid getting caught. ------------- This was alright. Pretty boring tho. Relationships between characters don't always make sense nor are they clearly defined. And the characters themselves are pretty stereotypical and bland. Bo-Young & Hae-Gyoung's relationship was off to a good start, then from one chapter to the next, he was suddenly attracted to her. It didn't feel to me as if hints of his blooming feelings had been thrown our way enough. I was also really uncomfortable with Kim's character. The author seems to have tried and shot for a 'sly and playful' type of character, but he just rubbed me the wrong way. Whilst there were quite a few scenes where I found him funny-ish, and, of course, I liked seeing him being so supportive of Bo-Young the whole time. But the way that the author stated that he had a boyfriend, yet included so many scenes of him seemingly flirting with Hae-Gyoung and making moves on him made me wince. I'm not too sure what the author tried to do there, but between Kim touching Hae-Gyoung in his sleep, making him uncomfortable on purpose to get him to sleep in the same bed as him, to falling over him and go 'damn' when Bo-Gyoung and Sena walked in on them, or to the scene where him and Bo-Young are shooting glares in each other's way because of Hae-Gyoung. I don't know. It feels like the author might have wanted to write him as a character who's cunning and has fun messing with the people around him, but the way that this was handled, he just came off as a manipulative jerk to me. Also the fact that he never apologized after forcefully kissing Hae-Gyoung irked me. So all in all, I have mixed feelings about his character, on one side I did like his supporting Bo-Young, how he acted as her knight, if you will, as well as their almost family-like bond. But then there were those actions which just made me uncomfortable and I'm not too sure what to make of them. Every side character was also just down-right annoying and made me want to throw hands. Particularly Yoon-Joo's father. I just didn't enjoy this one. The age gap was one thing I could have looked past if the story and characters had been well thought-through, but it felt too forced and cliche.

It's basically porn. If that's what you're in the mood for, go for it. If not, don't waste your time on it. I do love the Art tho.
