After their parents' divorce, the older twin, Kazuma, lives with the mother and the younger twin, Naoki, with the father. Naoki is the possessive twin who makes the first move, coming onto Kazuma with his feelings for him in a straightforward, kinda aggressive way. He's slightly manlier, cooler, taller (and he's the seme). He's the one who sleeps with that older woman and gets stabbed by her, then he joins a music band as bassist and then he gets in the car accident which causes him temporary amnesia. In the end, he regains his memory and he continues to be a member of the band and his and Kazuma's incestuous relationship also continues.
