I'm a honorable public servant" xD I found him kinda cool, because he really wanted to protect Ibuki, who got involved in that mess by helping him.

I gave it 3 stars because it's nothing extraordinary and it's not a fav of mine, but it's still really nice! 1 Volume (Complete) - Dropped since forever! And the thing is, only a few extra pages were left to translate! // RAW: 77mh.xyz / colist_193359.html Related Story: The 4th Guard
