Kuchi Ga Saketemo Kimi Niwa
I won't lie, I wish the other manga, the one that's a continuation for this, would've kept him as a sensei. I like this dynamic better. That aside, this is really cute. He's a little shit as a kid, but all kids are brats at that age lol. I love how she kept trying to scare him despite him not being scared. Overall, this is short and sweet and I highly recommend it. 10/10
The One Within the Villainess
I love it. I love the care between Emi and Remilia, how it's just unconditional, possessive and all consuming to love and do their best for the other, even if they share the same body. I love the way Remilia thanks Emi for raising them, because she was able to do all these things in revenge against the people that hurt Emi, because Emi raised the both of them to be strong. I just love the care they have for one another. Bc even if Remilia was just watching from the inside for a while, she saw how Emi cared about Remilia's future and happiness, and now that Emi is on the inside and Remilia is on the outside, now Remilia is doing all these things to ensure her happiness for Emi. Because with everything she does, she's like "Emi would approve" or "Emi would do the same" and she's just doing(aside from the revenge) what she believes Emi would have done, when it comes to helping people. I just love how much they love each other, it's very wholesome and heartwarming to me. Also, fuck that bich Pina, like gorl, you had to drug ppl just to get them to like you, that's just sad.
Tsukuritai Onna to Tabetai Onna
Beautiful, amazing, wholesome. I am so happy that I saw a video talking about this manga, and that I decided to check it out. I love the food, but I also love their relationship. I love that they talk about life in general, and that we see some of their conflict with day to day life. Like when Nomoto say's she made her lunch, and that dude was like you'd make a good wife+mother, which has nothing to do with her love for cooking. And when Kasuga was at the restaurant and the man gave her a smaller rice portion, or when that guy told her about the beer with potstickers. And just overall frustrations with little things in life. I love that they show that, and how fucking sweet they are!! Edit bc Vol. 2 just got updated. I still love it and I do like the way they're both processing their feelings towards each other. Like Nomoto-san was like, "Yeah, I'm gay for Kasuga-san, and that's okay" and can I just say, I love that. Maybe it's because she's an adult, but she was so mature and the way she processed it, despite remembering all the things she'd been told growing up, she was still like "it is okay for me to feel these things" because it is. I also really like how her romantic attraction for Kasuga-san doesn't become the main highlight like I've seen in other romance manga i.e. when the person realized they have a crush and things get really awkward until they ignore said crush and are later forced to confess etc, not a fan of that, so this is really refreshing. And can I just say, Kasuga-san beginning to realize her feelings towards Nomoto-san is so wholesome. Because we don't always suddenly realize that we like a person, and so I really love the author's take on both women realizing their feelings. Can't wait for Vol. 3!
Takako-san
Phenomenal. This is very wholesome, it's like a breath of fresh air, and she's so very kind. I love the art and how she's drawn too.
I’m Not a Villainess!! Just Because I Can Control Darkness Doesn’t Mean I’m a Bad Person!
loved it, but fuck her parents, and fuck the people that drove the first person blessed by the dark king to becoming a "villain" home boy did nothing wrong, Claudia did nothing wrong, and these people are all scared of her for what? what reason? They sent a fucking child to war, what the fuck is wrong with them. Especially when they were like "Oh we'll let her decide whether or not she wants to go to the war front" like are you stupid? Putting the pressure of thousands of lives on one 14-year old is a fucking low blow. If she refused, she'd be shamed, if she went there was always the possibility of dying, and it's not like they gave her any armor! Like sure, she has Gerald, but there's only so much Gerald can do. What if they had been overwhelmed, she would have had no means of protecting herself, but I mean, clearly they weren't thinking of her safety when they sent a fucking teen to the frontlines. She was way too soft, I would have left the fucking country, but I guess that goes to show what a kind and forgiving person she is, and also bc she really didn't take any shit. Claudia was straight up just born and did nothing wrong, but I'm so glad that she managed to find people that cared for her, and weren't scared of her just because Gerald blessed her. And I love Gerald, he's my homie, and I love that Claudia gets a happy ending after all the shit she went through.
