Trigger warning: Incest between adopted brothers This story won’t be everyone’s cup of tea because of the incest element, but I loved it. Yuki finds out on his 18th birthday from his twin brothers (24yo) that he was adopted by his family when his mother died. The shock of that new information resulted in erectile difficulties. Suddenly, Yuki couldn’t get excited by his favourite porn or girly mags. Observing his change in behaviour, the brawny, macho Rai and smart, nurturing Mei decided to help their little brother with some hands on time in the bath. The rest of the story follows Yuki coming to terms with the kind of love that he has for his brothers and them trying to hold themselves back while Yuki figured his feelings. I liked all the MCs, they had a more caring relationship than you would expect in a taboo yaoi and I appreciated that Yuki came first (no pun intended lol). There were some awkward moments where you cringe for Yuki but they really enhanced his inner confusion and were funny too.

OB-GYN Hino had bad luck maintaining relationships. His ex’s found him clingy, a little high maintenance, and perhaps a touch too clean focused. But Hino wanted to fall in love and when he broke up this time, he decided to do things a little differently and to go out on a rainy day (he believed bad things always happened to him on rainy days). When his eyes fell upon a lone drinker at the bar he was instantly drawn to the beautiful man. Widower and lawyer, Masaaki was commemorating the anniversary of his wife’s death when a friendly bundle of positive energy sat beside him and changed his life forever. The story of these guys was simply wonderful, despite Hino-san starting out as a bit of an opportunist. Masaaki was such a decent and good man, he was totally irresistible. And Hino was a real sweetheart when he opened up. Their story was really very loving and romantic with moments of pure sweetness like holding hands with positive energy, cuddles on the couch and warm hugs. Definitely a favourite for me.

Starting his law degree at University after moving on from an unrequited love, Kyouya (ex host from the Yakuza family series) meets the unsociable and cold Kiriya (Assistant Professor of Cultural Studies at Kyouya’s University). At first, these two clash but over the care of 2 abandoned kittens they spend time together and slowly start to appreciate the qualities each has. With his warmth and courage, Kyouya chips his place into Kiriya’s heart, demanding a place for himself and to be let into his past. I thought Kyouya was brave in his ability to be willing to show vulnerability and stubborn in insisting Kiriya knew that he would always be at his side. Many sweet moments of connection between the two and their character growth was really a core component of the manga. Highly recommended.

Raised with traditional Japanese values, Yunosuke Shiga (26yo) is an intelligent and hardworking office worker for a prestigious trading company. The only thing holding him back from advancing (or indeed keeping his job) is his terrible English language skills. So, when corporate commands from above ordered him to, "Master English in 3 months or else!" Yunosuke found himself sent to the most prestigious foreign language institute in Japan, Shiratori Language Academy (SLA). A high-level institute not only famous for its strict and effective teaching, but also its abundance of gorgeous international elite teachers! His teacher, 23yo American Nigel Rhodes has the looks of an angel. But, his teaching methods for Yunosuke will prove to be demanding and devilish. Sparks fly between these two in their battle of wills. It’s really quite an adorable pairing, they fall hard for each other but they are both a bit clueless for a while. I liked the setting and the moments of cultural differences.

An adorable story. Office worker Haruhi has always looked after his younger step brother and been patient with Akito’s bossy manners. However, now that Akito is in college and drawing the attention of a girl Haruhi likes, he has decided that he has had enough of being bossed around by Akito, and tells him he is moving out. Akito doesn’t take the news well and uses the decision to show Haruhi his real feelings with a searing kiss! Haruhi's never seen Akito so desperate. Akito doesn't hate him!? ...But, why show it with a kiss!? Akito's behavior escalates, and Haruhi's still not sure what's going on in his brother's head. The rest of this romantic comedy follows these MCs as they adjust to family expectations, living together and being emotionally open. It was a great story with lovely art.

Sharing the same island hideaway with gorgeous Selby Farnsworth and his mischievous son wasn't Abby's idea of heaven—especially with all the chaos created by the two Farnsworth men. TLC was in short supply and Abby seemed destined to dole it out in large doses. Selby, in return, seemed determined to dazzle her with kisses. Slowly but surely, the island was becoming paradise. Until a throng of reporters showed up demanding to know what Congressman Farnsworth was doing there—and just who was the lovely woman with him? And that's when Selby told them Abby was his wife! I thought that this story was cute. Selby was the kind of guy who had been burned by love and was wary of trusting his feelings again but he was honest about that and he was cute when pushing his luck. Abby was a great FL. I loved that she was tall and feisty and how good she was with being openly affectionate with Harry. All in all, a romantic and sweet story with some good laughs.

Shima has always had a hard time finding a job due to his omega status and constant failures in his interviews, but one day he manages to get into the editorial of his favorite magazine "Potato Life". There he meets Amamiya, a kind and trustworthy superior, who despite being alpha is called "pitiful" for his plump and disheveled appearance, because of this Shima decides to make Amamiya the perfect man so that everyone will notice his charms. This is how they begin their project in which they will get closer and closer. This story was delightful. Amamiya was the sweetest alpha I have ever read about, and it was as obvious when we first met him as it was on the last page. Shima was adorable too, loving his alpha plump or buff, what a sweetheart. This was a really unique Omegaverse story and will have to be considered one of my all time favourite fluffy feel goods.

Akira realizes that Koki, the guy he'd been crushing on, is going to become his stepdad. He feels guilty about wanting to touch himself while thinking of Koki... so guilty in fact, that he can't seem to like it anymore!! Right when he's trying to no avail, his high school teacher, the poker-faced Mr. Tojima finds him in a dark alley... and helps him finally release. Akira can't seem to forget the look on Mr. Tojima's face as he helped Akira and decides he'd rather live with Mr. Tojima than with his mom and Koki... Beautiful art and a really good story. I found Akira and Mr Tojima to be quite a sexy pair and they were also cute with a softer side once they got to know each other.

Puppy like Nanbu-kun acquired a rather unusual ability 5 years ago. Calling it the LuckyPervert, Nanbu has the uncanny knack of tripping, falling, stumbling and bumping into erotic positions with others. When he accidentally drenches office worker Agano-san with a hose it’s a mutual instant attraction for the both of them. How could Agano resist the adorable Nanbu when every time they meet they stumble into an accidental greeting hug? How could Nanbu resist the beautiful Agano whose laugh and gentle humour made even his Lucky Curse bearable? This funny story was full of awkward moments, hot kisses, and stunning art. Falling in love has never been so literal.

Yuuma (26yo)is an easy going guy who works at an amusement park known as "Dream Park". His home is in the staff dorms and when his new roommate, the gentle Shikiori Kazuha (26yo) moves in his normal, peace filled days are about to become a lot more crazy. Especially when he meets Shikiori Rei (26yo), his arrogant and possessive new roommate. I loved this story. The art, the wonderful characters, working with such a challenging topic within the confines and restraints of a BL manga. A standout story that ticks all my boxes.
