So good! So very, very good! Dr Uzuki stumbles upon wounded Yakuza boss Nonami on his way home from hospital. He helps patch the gunshot wound and leaves the intimidating man, not realising that the next day would have Nonomi entrench himself at his hospital in search of the beautiful ‘woman’ who helped him. So begins the hunt. This beautiful story was full of hints of the mystical, symbolism, humour and the darkness of the crime world. The tiger tattoo on Nonomi’s back seemed to have a predators instinct that guided Nonomi. They saw Doc Uzuki as a timid rabbit to chase and eventually love and protect. Doc was a petite and fragile looking man who took some time to stop being afraid and start being intrigued by “Yakuza-san”. They were in every way opposites and their romance was challenging (even for the author apparently) but it worked and I loved every bit of the story, even the more disturbing parts were authentic for the characters.

This story is special. Rui, the rope artist and Natori, the yakuza were so cleverly created to be unique and own your heart. I could happily read on about their lives but you already know that they will be the cutest old couple in ropes because they are perfect for each other Σ>―(〃°ω°〃)♡→

Such a cute story. Starts out with a money lender collecting debts from the son of a father who borrowed when his business collapsed. Only the son is poor, even when working 2 jobs his home is a dump so the moneylender offers sex for repayment. What starts out as dub con becomes love as these guys spend more time together.

Awesome! Touma x Kengou; the lawyer and the yakuza. I just loved the stalker like persistence of Touma for the guy he has loved nearly all his life. The childhood flashbacks gave depth to these MCs and their love for each other set amidst a dangerous world where only the bonds of brotherhood could free them to be together. Soulmates and fantastic artwork, this is a highly recommended read.

I really like the concept behind this story. Rou and Omi are a beast x human pairing in a world where beasts and humans live apart. Sadly, the oneshot doesn’t explore how the two got together (you need to read “Oath Of Allegiance“ for that and it’d be great if they were bound together) but it does show their loyalty and trust as well as their sexual intensity. This is the prequel to spin off story “Musebinake, Junjou“ but it doesn’t need to be read first to enjoy that manga.

Way too short, it doesn’t even tell how Omi found Rou, how long he raised him, what others know, how Rou feels about being raised to be used (if he knows), when/why did their relationship change from guardian to lover etc etc. Still, it’s part of a series and is prequel to ‘Sense of Loyalty’ so it’s good in that way, but it’s a touch disappointing even as a oneshot.

Trigger warning: Rape These two intertwined stories set in the Omegaverse were so good! In the first story delinquent Kuma lived to fight and could easily take down multiple thugs. One of his favourites to go toe to toe with was Hachi, another dangerous delinquent and Second in the Hachi group, but during their latest fight Kuma goes into heat... From that point these two come together forcefully, but they become a very cute couple, particularly the cheerful Kuma who loves stuffed bears and learning to be the wife Hachi needs. The second pair are Mitsorou from the Hachi group and Suzume, Second of the Amatobi group. Suzume had fallen for Mitsorou at first sight but the reserved older man had no interest in romance. Until a broken engagement and being abducted leaves him in a vulnerable position and Suzume proves himself to have his own somewhat crazy version of maturity and trustworthyness. Suzume is adorable and persistent in his pursuit, he really is so loveable.

I really enjoyed this dark story about two rather horrible guys and their twisted relationship from high school to 10 or so years later. Shimojou is a lowlife member of the yakuza who gathers information and extorts from criminals and public officials alike. The intelligent son of normal parents and bored with the world, Shimojou excelled at school and came first at everything. That is, until Kuze defeated him in the run for student president, despite all the blackmail that should have guaranteed his win. Angry at his defeat, Shimojou recognised in the popular, social and ‘squeaky clean’ student president another twisted kindred, and the one he wanted to tear down most. I won’t give spoilers for both their roles in the adult world, but they are both semes, and while Shimojou is the Master (master x dog sex play) in the house, the sadistic seme plays the neko for Kuze. I loved the sexual clashes between them, you never really forgot that they were both dangerous men, and you couldn’t miss that neither was really a good guy. Yet, a good guy wouldn’t last with this pair. And in their odd way, they seemed good for each other because each knew the darkness within.

This story is a pure tribute to the kink of lactophilia. The yakuza young master is one of the very rare males who lactate, something that gets discovered by the man who has protected him all his life. That starts the move to ‘help’ the young master manage both his lactation and his arousal at the treatment. Add in some borderline exhibitionism and you are set for a quick erotic story where the plot is put aside for sexy fantasy.

Content Warning: Incest themes (brother x brother) The only story that I really liked in this was Admonition From An Elder Brother (chapters 1 & 6). In this story, Tsuzuki (22yo) was a womanising delinquent thug who provided protection for his friends prostitutes. He hadn’t seen his older brother Hajime (now 34yo) in over 10 years when they suddenly crossed paths. Hajime wants to put Tsuzuki back on the straight and narrow path, but the younger sibling is resistant at first. Events arise that force some cooperation from Tsuzuki and the brothers relationship gets surprisingly close. I enjoyed the loyalty and devotion that was reestablished between siblings, and that it was between guys who were tough in every aspect of their lives, except for the hint of vulnerability with family.
