The Tycoon's Pregnant Mistress (The Anetakis Tycoons Book 1)
Poor Marley went through a lot of crap (so much that the stress of dealing with it caused her to lose her memory). Told she was just a mistress, judged without any consideration for even asking her side of the story, kidnapped and abandoned. Ah yes, better not forget that she was pregnant. All of that yet so quick to forgive… can we spell doormat? I liked the story but she needed a bit more backbone to be a FL I could enjoy.
Unmei No Oaite Wa?
The cutest story with a truly endearing FL. Helen is a caretaker who can’t resist a creature in need. Her unique brand of scrumptious home cooked meals, naïveté, nurturing, and a sunny nature prove irresistible to the injured war correspondent currently residing at the Love Mansion. Sweet, cute and fluffy, I really enjoyed this story.
Shukumei No Partner
A bit too much needless angst for me. Berrie was a good FL except she was weak for her step brother Dawson who often treated her like crap. Toxic relationships are only good in psychological stories and this wasnt one. Dump Dawson and find a guy who appreciates you.
Kizuato Made Aishite
Wakasugita Hakushaku Fujin
A sweet story. I appreciated that the Count waited for the girl he loved to grow up into the woman he loved. A little work on communication is needed but they are a cute pair.
Princess no Shitsuren
Sweetly romantic story with this couple alone in a cabin and sleeping under the stars. I think that one of the things I liked most was that they bought joy to each other. There were problems in their lives, but together there was happiness.
Usotsuki Na Cinderella
When Christakos Meets His Match (Blood Brothers Book 2)
I liked the strength of the FL, determined to make a go of things on her own. The connection between the MCs had a nice mix of communication and chemistry (though I wish these stories were a little more erotic).
Twilight Vows
I love the artists style of drawing characters. This vampire story is one I have read the novel version of, so for me it was lovely to see a manga version. It really condensed key elements well enough to be enjoyable in its own right.
