It's amazing; the flow, the art, the character growth, the realistic portrayal of miscommunication, depression, & suicidal ideation, I just love it all sm. And I'm so happy everything is finally in the clear. It's sad that violet & her mother are now kinda estranged but I think it was also an important message for readers, that even if they're family & admit/acknowledge/realize their wrongdoings or neglect & sincerely apologize & change DOES not mean you have to forgive them. Sometimes it IS too late, & that's okay, you should do what you need to do for yourself in order to heal & live well. I still hurt for winter that he never had a parent that sincerely loved him. His birth mom feels guilty but that's still not love. I really really love hiw this series portrays the human experience & range of issues & emotions. Also I love the way the fire god is written & portrayed. That it plainly shows its loving side & its wrathful side. It loves winter & gave him & violet many chances to acquire their lives & happiness but ti still makes winter mentally experience 7 years AU with violet having died instead so he can suffer & fully realize the consequences of his indifference. 200/10, fr, cannot wait to see their baby one day & the end of this fantastic series

I absolutely adore this series sm I can't even explain it. This is just SO well done, so well written, the art is GORGEOUS, the characters are so well & truly fleshed out, the CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT, MY GOSH!! This series gets so deep, confronts many issues of different kinds, shows them all learning & growing, even when that's painful. It shows them owning up to their past mistakes, misbehaviors, & wrongful thinking. Literally one of the best series I've ever read. Finishing this story is making me sob bc while it really was time for it to end (& it did, gracefully at that) I'm going to miss it sm. Never has a series deserved to be made into an anime more, and god do I hope that one day it will & that I can enjoy Sarah & Elios's story anew. Just absolutely fantastic, amazing, etc. (also Bayu waiting for Wendy every month for god knows how long, I am wrecked T.T)
