The romance ruins it. The cooking and tattoo part should be more important????? there’s so many plot holes/plot armor Like she gives free fruits to almost everyone who buys from her and offers freebies to anyone who was mad for waiting on line when she sells out? When it’s confirmed fruits and vegetables r expensive bc theyre hard to grow?? She essentially puts the other fruit vendor out of business and acts like its their fault. Also I don’t like how rude the ml is to her and just demands food from her all the time without any payment or any promise of fulfilling a favor for her. On that same note she just offered 3 mercenaries room in her cabin (that we have no idea if it’s actually hers or not) and they’re there without paying her anything and she also waits on them and gives them all kinds of foods, drinks and snacks with no payment or anything like that and it looks like she skips work any day they come to her. And it’s annoying to see her kind of bend to the dukes will again and again. I know that he’s of high rank but she skips works multiple days to cook for him (which she gets paid for so I’ll give her that) but she somehow gets too engaged with seeing him eat to tell him that she doesn’t want to work for him? And yes she has the dragons power in her but I feel like the author made her powers wayyyy to easy. There was no learning period really she just had everything by like 4th chapter.
