list - webtoon 90+ Whoooo ok rollercoaster of feelings here. Two seasons, four couples. First season was more of a fluffy and funny type, with a bit of unrequited love angst. Second season was drama all the way through from both couples. First couple, friends and roomates to lovers. Both had unrequited loves, but were too scared to tell each other. Both dumbasses, one is the pure and naive type of dumbass while the other is the arrogant jokester type of dumbass. They become super lovey dovey later though they still bicker and tease each other. I like how respectful they were of each other's needs and pace, and how well they communicated after they got together. Second couple, reunion after 5 years after their first time together in high school. Both like each other, but seme was too afraid to admit it or some other dumb shit so he purposefully hurt the uke and tried to push them away. Uke comes to find him 5 years later and reinserts himself into the seme's life. Some drama and then they seem to get over it and start dating. They're super cute together, seme is sweet and the uke is straightforward. They could have done more to expand on why the seme was pushing away the uke and how he got over that to then decide to date, but it was still cute. Third couple is one that has been together for 5 years and constantly fighting and all the other territory of being together for so long with lots of baggage. Was kind of confusing at first because you're introduced to them smack in the middle of one of their break up fights and are kind of told in bits and pieces about their history, which helps explain why they're acting the way they are. The main issue seems to be that the seme is afraid to come out to his family (or come out in general) and had a fiancée that he lied about to the uke. The uke is also a bit fickle and has mood swings and has broken up with him several times in the past. They've both made mistakes and hurt each other in their relationship, so blame lies with both of them. But despite that they still love each other, it's just a matter of figuring out how to work through their problems so they can be together. I liked this couple even though they were frustrating, they were very realistic and imperfect, yet still enjoyable to read about. Last couple whooo the drama. Love triangle between Taeju, Sun, and Doyoon. Sun was a piece of trash who only started dating Taeju to see what he'd look like when he was clinging and miserable. Stalkerish and obsessive tendencies, and very manipulative. Also attempted to assault Taeju. Taeju for some reason quickly falls in love with Sun, even though he was feeling rightfully creeped out by him in the beginning because of his pushiness and stalking. Idk why he fell for Sun, maybe Sun was just that handsome and charming, but once he falls he falls pretty hard and fast. I guess after getting over the initial creepiness, Sun was a sweet and attentive lover when he wanted to be, and knew how to manipulate Taeju well. Doyoon was the sweetheart best friend with unrequited feelings for Taeju who is always there for him. I feel like Taeju should have apologized for comparing Doyoon to Sun, and didn't appreciate him enough for putting up with all his selfishness. Idk, I know he was hurting at the time but he really took a lot of Doyoon's kindness for granted till the very end. In the end, I'm glad Taeju was able to completely get over Sun, though I wish we got a little more development of his relationship with Doyoon.

list - masterlist, unique 120+ season 1 is one of my absolute favorites, but season 2 was a lot more messy/incohesive and I barely have any interest to read season 3 at all. It really fell off so I have to take it off my favorites list, but it's still a good read. Season 1 can be a stand alone honestly and an excellent work if it was. Shin and Wolfgang's adult relationship was a lot different and more frustrating than I thought it would be, and not for the right reasons. I thought we'd go into what was hinted at the end of season 1, the curse of power on the royal bloodline and Wolfgang struggling with that and the want to own and control or with tyrant tendencies, but he's remained a good egg (the best!). Instead the drama stemmed from Shin overworking and overthinking as always, and while I do understand him and defended him, it was just so drawn out and overcomplicated for no reason. I wanted to see more of the romantic side and them reciprocating each other's feelings, but Shin is still too reserved/tsundere that it's not satisfying. He was a lot more honest and forward as a child. Then what seems like the entire drama of season 2 is solved so conveniently in season 3 by....magic... like literally created a magic baby out of thin air to be the heir. Very unserious and unraveled a lot of the depth of groundwork of season 1. The magic/fantasy element was there a little in season 1 and served to add a little interest, but the more they delved into the magic/fantasy aspect without really a clear framework, the more convoluted and nonsensical the story became.
