A really honest review would be that it would be that its a three star. I gave it a four as the chapters till the last 20~30 chaps were great at making you feel really frustrated and also angry at the emperor, but the way it ended really made me want to put a 1 star. The emperor was forgiven so easily by the character, and it felt really forced--Tricia could have feelings for the emperor sure...but the ending seemed to ignore the entire beginning of the story/plot and it was a sudden "oh I love him" from nothing bc first and foremost the story is a revenge/protect family story. This also is rooted in the fact that the emperor's sudden change of heart to head to heel love for the MC is random--BECAUSE there wasn't a smooth progress from his infatuation from the antagonist to the protagonist. It left me a little disgusted, and I wanted to stop reading when it turned like that, but at the time I continued because the story was still continuing and only in the middle(ish) stage of the webtoon. Plus there was room for him to move from the Sh!z and to actually fall in love, but it just showed him from being intrigued/concerned to "oh you're all I need" It went from 1 to 10 and then 50. This also applies to the Tricia (it would have been slightly different it was her sister, who was the original married queen). It was the main reason for the disappointment. Side note, the drawing (mood/aesthethics) changed in the beginning, but i could ignore that; but the drawing's incosistency was confusing, for example the character looked 22 then 16 to 28 and then child with bhest...

Hmm...first, I'm not into adultering/cheating/infidelity...but it's not as bad as other stories or mangas Both of them (past and present) have terrible timing, something that sometimes its not within their control, and thus they were never really able to have a proper relationship together. Although I'm not condoning cheating or infedility, I can see how it leads up to it since they love each other and was never able to be together or share their lvoe with each other. Drawing is pretty, and chapters are pretty short, and sometimes choppy (in my opinion) the emotions, and turmoil is well drawn/explained. I hope it has a happy ending for the both of them. Either together or separately.

I've seen and read so many isekai or other world, or reincarnations, but this one is the BEST. TOPTIER in all ways. Drawing bomb. Story bomb. Character bomb.
