Which is why when Cosette appears there is confusion as to who the real daughter is, since keeping the fake might incure the wrath of the gods. -Well they killed off the real one and kept the fake one what do you think happened? As you see in the Manwha she was brought back, exactly two months before Cosette arrives. All due to a magician and maybe the father, it didn't say. They don't go into further details, but you can surmise that Cosette herself is not a normal person since she is able to deal with magic not spirit since that ability is only belings to Kiera. But from what I gather she is able to use it to her abilites that it resonates with Kieras water spirits, que stealing Kieras Thunder. As the story goes it's your predictable I'll go my own way and forget about you while I start my new life while I investigate and steer clear of death flags. The Father takes notice since he is now being ignored. She is now friends with the knights and also shares hobbies with the maids. There is no ML, there is no Love Interest, there is no Romance in the novel. - The dad had 2 wives. -second wife kept harassing the first wife and went as far as trying to assassinate her because she got pregnant. - dad knew but did nothing - first wife gets a miscarriage (the birth-death of cossette) - the first wife in shock, makes a deal with a devil for her child to live but in returns sacrificing herself. A demon now lives in cossette. -dad is now raising his daughter but neglects and abuses her. - when cossette situation began, he knew Keira was his real daughter but he sides with cossette because she was stronger and has the great spirit powers. -keira gets executed and cossette reveals her nature and destroys the kingdom. - time reverses by the blonde magician which ruins the demon plans. And because Keira saves the day by remembering the past, cossette dies and everyone is saved. I also found out that she did in fact accepts his apology.from user kingjj I have read that he turned back time bc yellow bitch 'set on fire' the town or something like that. But he turned back time bc he wanted to be good/safe, not to save his daughter.
