C17 Contrary to other comments, I like the FL. I totally disagree that FL's weak coz the way I see it she's just traumatized. Not all people change at once, it takes time to heal/ process negative emotions especially Death. And if FL continues to question her self worth that's coz she grew up hearing those negative remarks. Not to mention she got so much hatred and she was neglected I can't blame her for wanting to get out of the situation. Prob is she's still young so she can't do anything. She literally has nothing and that's not weakness. I really like how the author portrayed her though.
