Sho is a gay dude who's been very open about his sexuality from childhood and always had his parents and others around him support him. Meanwhile, Naoto is a judo team member whi has lived his life by yhe rigid standards set forth by his loving but extremely strict father. What happens when Sho declares that Nao is just his type (and publicly, at that)? It was good. I liked how respectful and considerate and brave they both were. But especially Nao. For timid and reserved Nao, that took a lot of guts. I don't appreciate Sho's cowardice making him cry, but I know Sho is just such a lovely guy, so I can let it go. Lemons were pretty hot, but it was hard to get into some of them, for no good reason 4.7

Student x Teacher story based in uni. Not problematic. Thought uke was cute, though a bit of an airhead. Seme was good too, though once bitten twice shy. But nice relationship overall. 4.5

1: Asahi, who's taking care of his nephew Masakifor a few months, runs into his old friend (and something more), Nishino, during a grocery run gone slightly wrong. Taking pity on their financial situation, nosy yet kind Nishino buys them groceries and walks them home, inevitably walking back into Asahi's life for good. It's very sweet. And none of the characters were annoying. Not too bad. 4.4 4: Soushi is troubled yet intrigued by the brilliant and perverted Tamaki who is a part of his graduate cell biology lab group. Things come to a gead when he walks in on Tamaki rubbing one off while moaning his name! It was interesting because you rarely see biology refelected so well in yaoi. It's usually silly pseudoscience. Overall plot and characters were light and fun. 4.4

Jiho reunites with an old high school friend, Eunchae, while in uni. Eunchae, weird as ever, asks Jiho to hit him with a strange stick (he's a big believer in Shamanism) but they soon find out who likes hitting whom. Quickly falling into a relationship with each other, they were little prepared for the trials and tribulations ahead!! It was obviously good, no denying that. But it was also an uncomfortable read, at times. Triggering, even. While the first half was fun, and the over the top comedic situations refreshing, I was really thrown back by how easily they could break up with each other. And how, even though at that point, they had thought Jiho might have been taken advantage of while blackout drunk, Eunchae treated it more like Jiho was cheating and less like he had been raped by someone he had trusted!! And when Jiho was not enjoying the kinks and still going along with them, it was kinda traumatizing? The mangaka tried to play it off afterwards and it mostly worked, but, ugh. And Hyun was just, such a terrible person, but I still hated his first love more. What an absolute bag of dicks. I'm glad Hyun's getting therapy and I'm glad the boys became strong enough not to let Hyun impact their relationship anymore. Also kinda also bummed we didn't get to see Jiho's results. Still. It was good, really. Just, kinda sad, too. The sort of sadness that creeps up on you. 4.5

Souhei is unable to enjoy sex unless he's tied down. As his sex friend, Lucas is happy to indulge him, yet as a man in love with Souhei, he yearns to set him free. I liked it more than I thought I would. Neither were especially lovable characters but the circumstances and plot endears them to the reader. I loved that Lucas was able to free Souhei from the confines of his trauma, and I liked his mom for being so supportive too. And I'm glad Souhei wasn't dense enough to let such a good thing go. As for his friemd, serves him right. Taking him for granted like that and trying to play God. Hmph. 4.5

1: After getting hurt in the woods, Tatsuro is tended to by Talim, who is a dragon. Isolated Talim, who can't live with humans due to being unable to control his transformation, loves spending time with Tatsuro and learning about the human world. Tatsuro finds himself falling deeper and deeper for the innocent and kind Talim. I mean, this is just really nice. No problematic elements and a sweet love story. No, that's too simple a descriptor. It's a "love for the ages" kinda love, I can tell. I like how devoted Talim is and how gentle Tatsuro is. And their baby was so adorable! I just. I can't help but think about how Tatsuro will die one day and leave him behind for eternity. I'm glad they're trying to make the most of the time they have. 5 4: Takami joins the design club at university and a weirdly socially awkward senpai Hinata, imprints on him immediately. Takami doesn't mind taking care of Hina, but doesn't feel much more beyond that, or so he thinks. When he goes to meet Hina, only to see the awkward Hina being fed by and interacting with a hot guy, it makes all sorts of unpleasant feelings bloom in his gut. Liked it. Was cute and sweet and just a light read. Liked also that the brother wasn't one of those annoying siblings who meddle in their siblings affairs for no good reason. 4.6 4: About Hina's older brother Ichikawa (who is a famous and brilliant designer) and Yugo, a new hire at his company (whi happens to be a huge fan of him). I just really like the both of them. The gaps in how you first perceive Ichikawa and how he really is, is elso endearing. Yugo is so great because he's so damn self aware and outwardly perceptive, as well. They're just great people and great for each other. 4.8 Overall: Well done. 5

Kotarou was content with his quiet (and somewhat lonely) university days when Aoi, the university's playboy, came crashing into his life. At first, Kota was just trying to help a friend out, but unexpectedly, he ends up becoming sex friends with Aoi, who “does not do the whole feelings thing”. But burried behind Aoi's cold approach to sex and intimacy, which is at odds with his general engaging demeanor, are issues he has hidden away since high school. I really like the progression, especially towards the end. It really helped deepen their relationship, the way they went about making amends, so to speak. I am relieved that Aoi, while pushy, did get his consent. I couldn't have loved this story at all, if rape had been involved. I enjoyed seeing Aoi turn things around and acknowledging the source of his trauma and choosing not let it make him an asshole, instead, letting it go. I love that he went after Kota and apologised, too. Kota was great, holding his ground like that, and so brave, too, confessing in public like that. Really enjoyed this. 5

Dude has a seemingly one-sided crush on his hot professor. It's so fucking lovely? Like. I love everything about it. From both of them being virgins, to the way they both seemed so into it and each other, to the excellent art. It's just very well done! 5!

A long time friendship morphs into something more when one friend tries to help the other with some sex related issues. It was good. Shallow, but sweet and hot and generally a really easy read. 4.6

Yuuya, a loner, fell in love with Ryuji, the popular guy at school who befriended him. But after his confession got rejected and they share a sexual moment, Yuuya overhears that Ryuuji cares way more about popularity than their friendship or his feelings and privacy. After Yuuya transfers, they meet again in university. Is reconciliation possible? Ryuuji certainly did his best to redeem himself. But the rape, ughhh. Also, the students at their uni kinda suck. 4.1
