Ch 177 Ch 78 gyno tomorrow @ 7am… TBD This will be long.. firstly, I am surprised how good the translation is for a BL 100+ long manhua. Still the concept is very all over the place and i references multiple stories and details and system operations so i can’t ever 100% understand the story. I was pleasantly surprised this was not only a system BL transmigration manga, but it was a fucking multiverse loop. AND not only that! This was the first ever isekai system manga where the actually system assistants were part of the main cast. Wang Yi was originally a system for Qin to be a great villain, but the story starts with wang yi being the isekai’d villain with his own system while Qin is the NPC male lead. The mind reading trope is always a favorite of mine. I also love when system isekai worlds are consistent with each other and have an actual goal. I’ve read my fair share of straight system isekai manhuas before and though they have 70+ chapters, the MC is always world hopping with no real goal at the end. She has no real home, backstory, consistent lover, or anything. So, reading those kinds of stories seem pointless to me as if they never end or go anywhere. This one surprisingly had an extremely complex concept with many time points and loops, but it still managed to keep the plot on track, explain all the story gaps, and throughly explain the goals of each character. Though there were about 5 stories happening through the story, the author was able to fully explain the back story and all the Easter eggs that happened in each one. The future chapters even allow wang yi to travel back to the past stories as a spirit to help clear any untied threads. And the stories themselves were very interesting. And to analyze the middle ground where want yi was a human, I believe they cleared up is initial worries pretty well. He was worried in the beginning that his actions killed his 2 friends and the whole bus. In the second story, we see how he didnt actually do it and that one out of his two friends also become a transmigration which i think is so amazing for his mentality and i love that he can have people by his side that he trusts. One thing i wonder is how his guy friend ended up and also i wonder his thoughts while being a human, but those are not even that important. They also gave multiple foreshadows throughout the manhua that talked about his life as a system and then multiple chapters explaining the ENTIRE story of him and Qin’s original plan. I also like how they gave an “original world” for Qin which was the war/last one. but i thought hosts could only come from the human world, not from inside of a story. I’m not sure about all the rules though. I remember reading this in early highschool and i was worried it was going no where since I thought the ML lost all his memories from the first to second story. But now in college it;s progressed so much to actually come to a beautifully complex ending. If this story was a shape it would be a circle with many spikes and loops coming out of every edge. It’s not completely finished, but logically, the only thing left that they need to do is get all the other systems that went into hiding and use Qin’s energy to defeat the world lord. However, I’m not sure why wang yi is dying again and if he does, what world would they go to next? I also love the background characters of all the stories and how the author really put time into developing other personalities instead of just having them be shallow background chatavers like in other system mangas. The two MLs also reminded me of Bambi and Hamin lol. I appreciate this manhua satisfying so many tropes that i love all at the same time.
