imma be frank the plot and momo's entire character (esp boobs) HARDCARRIED the manga. art wasn't it compared to majority of yaoi, but the plot was just so cute. and our alpha was so relatable as a human in society lmao. this was really wholesome

bruh that adorable smiley senpai uke in ch2 was everything i could ask for and the seme started out so sweet cute and supportive but then he went 'that's enough decency for today' and just nonconned.... i really had high hopes for them as a couple but they were fumbled so badly by the author that i cant give this book anything beyond 3 stars. great art style, thought ch 2 will save the book from ch1's goofy hands but i got siked instead

edit: 5 stars after a reread bc mako deeserves it and MORE ---- easiest 4 i've given recently. it was tooth rottingly sweet and fluffy without being a cringefest. how did the author do this..... the happy love feels is a lot like 'my lovely bunny' but this one got less smut and more story narration. love that. i was gonna kick chihiro's ass in chapter 1 but he really opened his eyes and saw the true vision in record time so i've got no complaints. just give me the wedding chapter and i'll die a happy woman who's only pain is not getting a mako for herself

it's a lil strange but both docs are hot and i love their positions. uke is a lil overboard with the way he treats the seme but seme seems to know it and still go along,,,, thats why it's a lil strange

easy 5 star. thought i won't like it at first bc of how cliche the setup looked, but now i'm really fond of them both and the entire cast! wish we could see more stories of the side charas. this story's writing and pacing is honestly some magic. it's such a short book, things happened quick but it still felt so freaking natural. shows how amazing the creator is. i also thought kaede will be a snob with a shit attitude but he's literally so freaking lovable. he and kuroba are such a beautiful match. their imperfections are perfectly completed by the other. i also love how they both are open about their feelings (kaede took time but 1: it was understandable why and 2: he worked on it bc he was so (and rightfully) in love w kuroba. he made efforts for his sake and i love that in a book). easy, lovable read that will make you attached to the story and the people. also wheww the gay power in this book lol. phenomenal. note to self: why do they remind me of red and blue.....
