a lil rushed, but interesting plot. ex-yakuza x ex-hacker? and a bigger bottom?? five star meal. i wish the ending had a lil more time to be fleshed out, i wanted at least a chapter or two to close things up nicely

really investing read. all the bases were covered really well, both the yakuza aspect and the bl aspect were developed without ignoring one for the other like how the mom did to makoto and ai oops. finished the book just for ai, well he's messed up but then again every single one of these mfs were. and ai's beautiful as all hell so he gets a free pass. this would've been realistic (especially all those emotions, looking at the world from the well you're in, the way loneliness and never feeling love in a house w people twists you etc etc. pure amazing portrayals) if it weren't for how stupid some of these mcs were. good god sometimes their decisions pissed me off so much lmao. but the plot was really good, everyone had their own really twisted redemption and karma served with extra sauce.... the only thing that was constant in this absolute mad tornado of a plot was ai's pretty face. i swear i'll never get enough of bottoms like him ahhhhhh...

found this by chance on twt bc the author is coming out w a new work (and it somehow got recommended to me tho i never even seen this creator before on my feed) so i went down a rabbit hole looking at their art. i was ready to be let down a lil but i was right on the nose abt pretty seme and that badass looking guy being the uke aaaaahhhhh and to think it's finished??? lovely day today edit: if i wasnt good at controlling my expressions i would be on the floor right now with a hot face full of tears and heart about to explode from feels. soooo much better than my expectations! i wont lie i was a lil judgemental bc of the cover but i really like it! it was cute, funny, hot as fuck and not boring in the least. 1st couple was the best, third came next and second couple is third place for me
