I Don’t Want To Be Duke’s Adopted Daughter-in-law
To My Husband’s Mistress
Why is it that the faces look seemingly effort-packed and the hands, arms and SO many parts of the clothes are lazy, barely fitting into the style, props made with 3D? I get taking shortcuts here and there, but the level of laziness in not putting in the effort to blend it into one another is getting on my nerves tbh. The middle panels of this comic strip show exactly what I mean: https://iweb_1.mangapicgallery.com/r/newpiclink/to_my_husband_s_mistress/39/15f1fe2fe00a8a3917ed69ddbfb0e05e.jpeg It's as if the artist thinks people will only pay attention to the faces and that's all that matters. XD
The Father and the Daughter
I'll make it short, so you don't waste as much time as I did reading this: - the MC is heavily dislikable and quite frankly stupid from chapter 1 already (feels often very Mary Sue-ish tbh) - the writing is nothing special and does a bad job many times - the shittily used trope of the mentally ill father is, yet again, seemingly only used to make him the hate-able male figure - the pace is odd - the character logic idiotic more often than not (also from the very start) - some stuff is not quite making sense (not sure if that is due to this being based on a novel and comic adaptors just cutting stuff away as they please) I honestly couldn't care less about this and the MC alone is reason enough for me to heavily dislike this. She's got no appeal other than being drawn pretty. That's literally it. And that's just not a good basis for a story. Give it a try. If you have seen these types of plots before, you are likely not gonna see anything new. If you haven't and you don't mind the issues I found or have lower standards than me in some of these things, you might find this enjoyable to read. it depends on the person.
