cheating is a deal-breaker for me so it was painful reading throught it

i love the angst and the pointless pain they inflict on themselves and to each other. i still think natsuki is shit but he's not responsible for how haruomi acted after being rejected. it's just so frustrating that it's been a decade. Oh and unpopular opinion, the cheating friend is disappointing (by my standards) but he and his wife set boundaries for cheating and decided that same-sex hook ups were okay so it shouldn't be an issue for them.

Yes, Koutaka celebrated Chitose's bday every year but why was he waiting for his text? Why didn't he text him? So he'll forever be scared of loving Chitose? If Chitose hadn't sent that spiteful message, Koutaka wouldn't have made a move at all. Personally, I would have been more satisfied if Koutaka reached out first. He was the one who kept things from Chitose and avoided talking about important stuff, which made them distant in the first place. Anyway, good luck to Chitose in their relationship and hope Koutaka realizes his mistakes and reflects on it. All we want is a healthy relationship, this being cute already. Hoping to read volume 2!
