The type of story that seems light but it's actually pretty heavy, there is always this impending sense of doom or a heavy past on every character's shoulders. The kind of character depth that is usually not present in explicit BLs, if looking for a light read, unlike the title, I wouldn't suggest this

Mixed feelings about this

It has been going in circles and when I thought the mc finally understood his feelings it went back one step, even after they held hands, even when he got jealous, even after they kissed, even after he admitted he liked him, so it's a little confusing and a bit random at times. But cute overall. I think this last kiss as of ch60 settled it once for all? Is it finally time to see them being a lovey dovey couple?

I always subconsciously wanted a misunderstanding to be resolved by just logical thinking. I mean they've known each other for years so it makes sense that after an initial feeling of betrayal, thinking abt the situation with a cool head would let him reach the conclusion that there must have been a misunderstanding somewhere. Seems like common sense but it literally never happens in stories. Even in non-toxic stories I do appreciate when they talk it out but logical thinking always seems to be out of question
