Like it could be any one of those endings, it's just up to the reader for which to choose. Or, Odajima never actually hit the seme when he was about to shoot him during sex because he came to like him too much. Maybe he purposefully missed and left the gun where he was gonna shoot the seme in the first chapter as like a good ending for his 7 year long revenge spree.
