The novel set of 5 volumes was published at yes24 website. The chapter by chapter viewing is available on bomtoon for a total of 94 episodes if you prefer to read it like that. Obviously we’re only just getting the extended hiatus notice here now in english, but this has been on the kr raws site since March 2023. Afaik, it has been months with radio silence and no word on if or when this manhwa is coming back (however, I don’t check twt much these days so I might have missed it, so please do add a reply if u know something). The artist has not posted on twt since ch57 was released in March, and people are asking about their health (with no response). What I’m saying is this doesn’t seem to be a “oh well let’s just wait a couple months and it’ll be back” situation, so it’s probably best to not have too much hope on it returning anytime soon. (As for the reason for the hiatus, idk. This manhwa is an adaptation of a novel so this isn’t some ‘creator wrote themselves into a corner’ situation afaik, since the artist didn’t make the source material they’re following. I think it’s likely there is a health issue or some other external situation.)

reading this after seeing the anime and live action Cherry Magic! The Movie

The first half of this didn't really pull me in but its one of my rules to read everything till the end and I'm glad I did. I gets way better at the second half with a natural flow of feelings and situations. Not perfect, but a good read. I liked how the seme's admiration was what saved the day with that guy that blackmailed his sweet uke, and how that admiration turnt into love. Our uke also learnt to love himself and respect himself more through his seme's eyes and feelings.
