The art was so so, if I kinda liked something it was the seme's art. As for the plot, it gave some "The Borgia's" vibes so that was something but the rest was basically rape and possesiveness. Sayan didn't suffer enough and he is full-mode on being possessive over Illic. He knows Illic will never love him and he regretted how their relationship started but he doesn't do anything to change and get rid of his toxic traits. It might have been better if this work had more wife chasing crematorium aspects at the end. I haven't read the novel but the feeling we get is that Illic kind of settled for a life with Sayan and that's about it.
