Flower Under the Lantern
TW: non-con, rape, manipulation For me it's a no. The MC is so pitiful, raped by the emperor because only in that way will the latter be able to regain his health and at the same time manipulated by the ML. It almost seems like a story created only to mentally and physically destroy the poor protagonist (who lacks character). There could have been some potential, but it disappeared after a few panels in my opinion. Nor is the art my cup of tea.
Seize My Boyfriend
As always, there is potential in the plot that the author sadly failed to express throughout the work. In fact, the initial idea was interesting, even if not so innovative. Unfortunately, however, the characters are manipulative and not likeable. And to be honest, the translation doesn't help you enjoy the story. In any case, the drawings are really nice, typical of Chinese webtoons. It's decent even if it gets boring at some point, to the point where you need to read it in bits and pieces.
Komyushou Riiman wa Koi no Shikata ga Wakarimasen
Healthy relationship. A breath of fresh air. It's not the most groundbreaking story you can find around, but the plot is certainly well done in its simplicity. Even the more complex topic like the communication disorder of the MC is done very well in my opinion. The relationship between the two protagonists grows steadily, and in a healthy way. Your heart gets warm reading this short manga.
Romantic Joutou
TW: non-con, rape I'm honestly speechless. The first chapter was promising, the dynamics between the MC and the ML were interesting. From the third chapter onwards the story took a strong fall. I don't even know how to express myself. Just what the-? First of all, the sexual violence wasn't even highlighted, as if what happened were completely normal. Plus, both the MC and the ML are two immature people in my opinion, with great communication problems. Although it was eventually made clear the MC's need to want to find an alpha and become mates. The only positive note in my opinion is the fact that they are actually a beta × omega pair, when usually in the omegaverse stories in a way or another the apparently beta become an alpha, lacking of coherence.
Hold Me Tight
What to say except "how beautiful". In addition to the constant growth from an artistic point of view, the story is also very original. Plus, the relationship between Felix and Gio could melt the ice for the heat it manages to transmit. It's a realistic and at the same time unattainable love in my opinion, the one to which any person aspires. It's not a love without problems, quite the contrary. Despite this though, it's clear how much they care about each other: the strong will to want to protect the other person and keep them close, the fear of losing them and not being enough. They are two people destined, literally, to be together. Really romantic, really spicy and even a little bit of action to make it a must to read.
