The MC is so pitiful, raped by the emperor because only in that way will the latter be able to regain his health and at the same time manipulated by the ML. It almost seems like a story created only to mentally and physically destroy the poor protagonist (who lacks character). There could have been some potential, but it disappeared after a few panels in my opinion. Nor is the art my cup of tea.
