Senwaku Porno

This wasn't a bad read, the concept was interesting and I liked the comedic relief points. I was not expecting to have a re-encounter happen, but it wasn't unwelcome. I enjoyed seeing the main characters interact with each other outside of their "industry", we saw some sweet moments between them, and I especially liked the ending. However this story didn't stand out to me as much as this authors other stories did, I think the conflict was resolved too quickly and not well enough, there was clear trauma from getting those two tattoos and it seems like they were just brushed over. And the person behind the trauma and conflict seemed to give up too easily, the drama build up was not as impactful because of this. However I can still appreciate a decent plot and really nice art style so kudos to the author for that (bc I could NEVER), overall this was a good read, but not my favorite out of this authors writings.

Kiyona Yubisaki, Bukiyona Tsumasaki

Complete | Sakuragi Yaya | 2000 released

This was so sweet and wholesome, I really enjoyed reading this one, my serotonin levels rose!!! While it isn't too rare, we don't usually get to see many healthy BL relationships, but this author served. The reason most mangas don't depict healthy relationships is that they focus on the main conflict (drama and trauma) to make the story entertaining and interesting. This author however managed to make a really good entertaining story without all the unnecessary drama, and we got to see a relatively realistic and healthy relationship between the main characters. I think the overall plot was pretty unique and a great way to introduce the main characters, I like how they were able to "break a stereotype" for these characters, and I love how open-minded they made them. I also really liked how the author didn't force the main characters' relationship to revolve around sex, that one scene was more like an addition, and a way to show intimacy and growth between the two characters' relationship. The art style for this manga was also pretty well done, you can definitely tell what year this manga came out because of it, but none-the-less I liked the character designs, and kudos to the author for taking the time to draw the details for designs on their nails. Overall this was a really good read and I really loved this manga, I will definitely be reading more of this author's works, and I highly recommend this to any BL reader!!!

Help Me, Teacher

Complete | Soorak | 2000 released

This was WILD, and I'm living for it, the minimal plot that was there was so funny and entertaining, I would love for there to have been more, WHERE'S THE REST T_T !!!!! This manhwa really has potential if the author wants to expand on it to make it longer and provide a fuller story. They already set up the characters and background information, so there is enough context to expand upon it more. None-the-less I'm not complaining because this was seriously such a good read tho. Tbh the best part about this whole manhwa was the ART STYLE, the character designs were IMMACULATE, their proportions, their facial expressions, THE AUTHORS SENSE OF COLOR THEORY, everything was soooooo well done, I loved this soooo much. I'll definitely read this authors other works if they continue!!!!

Hot and Cold

Complete | Soorak | 2000 released

I absolutely adore this author and literally cannot get enough of their works!!! The whole story was really unique and so entertaining. This author is really good with how they introduce each story and establish a great plot despite it being a short erotica. I also really love their art style, it is so well done and their sense of proportions and color theory is IMMACULATE. Their character designs and how they draw facial expressions are very well done and unique. Overall this was a very good read, and I would love to see this author release more works!!!

Yatamomo

Complete | harada | 2014 released

This was wild, but Harada's works are in a league of their own so going by their work type this wasn't that bad, and I enjoyed the ending. Harada loves making us question everything and pulling on our heartstrings so kudos to them because they definitely pulled through with this manga. I enjoyed seeing the dynamic of the characters grow and I loved seeing the vulnerable sides of both the main characters. It gave me a chance to feel empathetic towards the characters and really immerse myself in the story. I especially liked how the author explained why Momo is the way he is, authors don't often clearly show background information as to why a character acts the way they act. However Harada did and we even got to see Momo confront the issue and resolve it, which is rare for BL. Overall this wasn't a bad read, but the only reason I'm rating this so low is that Momo made me so gosh damn mad sometimes, I'm so sorry but sometimes I was so fed up with his ass T_T

Uemura-kun ha Majime na Iiko

Complete | megane | 2018 released

I didn't realize the author for this also wrote Wotakoi: Love is hard for an otaku I am SCREAMINGGGGG. The overall concept for this story wasn't bad, it wasn't too cliche and I really liked it. I also really liked the dynamic of the characters, and while the troupe of the uke being the oldest isn't my favorite I didn't mind it in this manga. Also, can we give some kudos to the author and seme because that aftercare and the way the main characters interacted together was soooo sweet!!! Overall this was a good read!!!

TOUCH - Haikyuu!! dj

Sex Drop

Complete | Shikke | 2000 released

Oooooook this was pretty cute and I was really into the plot actually. The "slutty uke" is a pretty overplayed troupe but in this story, it wasn't that bad. The author made super loveable main characters and I liked the slight character development that we saw. The only real "problem" I had with this. was it was really short, this made the conflict and ending feel rushed. I absolutely adored the very last scene where they had matching couple rings but it felt so abrupt and we didn't get to see much of the couple aspect of their relationship. I did however really like the art, I LOVE this author's art style and their character designs are immaculate. Overall this wasn't a bad read.

Itazura na Te wa Gaman ga Dekinai

This wasn't a bad read but this wasn't one of my favorites. I really liked the concept for this but the author just didn't play it out right with the way that wrote out one of the main characters. HOWEVER, this was still an entertaining read and I really liked the art style, some scenes were pretty cute too. I did like the characters to an extent.
