I don’t think I’ve ever talked about how much Yuri on Ice means to me on here. Yuri on Ice is actually the thing that inspired me to start figuring skating, so it means the world to me. In March 2021, I will have been skating for two years. I’m so proud to say that anime has changed my life for the better. Seeing this dj in particular, truly made me happy. I’m so glad they included ice skating in this, because so many people have forgotten what Yuri on Ice was truly about. So many people are blinded by the fact that it’s a “bl”, so no one takes in the account of just how much effort was put into the figure skating aspect of the show. Please go watch this anime. You never know, maybe it will change your life, just like mine.
