Hosaka-sensei no Ai no Muchi
Genuinely shocked that the author of "Ani ga Imouto de Imouto ga Ani de" (soooo many rapey vibes from most of cast) and "Aishite Kudasai, Sensei" (yandere as hell male lead, practically a psychopath) was capable of making something this WHOLESOME and PURE, but much like Hosaka-sensei teaches, I shouldn't be so judgemental, apparently!! Hosaka-sensei is a former Coroner turned kindergarten teacher that falls in love with Kawai-sensei, the hardworking newbie with low self esteem due to her "scary face". Spoiler alert! He finds her (and her face) actually very cute! <3 The children in the story are also adorable, and each story revolves around both the main leads as well as one child's case so far. Absolutely cannot wait to see more and already see, much like Hosaka-sensei's planning his future life with his future wife, Kawai, that this is going to be a classic and a must re-read for me.
Shiawase Kissa Sanchoume
Certainly not your average reverse harem shoujo. This manga deals with a lot more than just romance- it teaches a lot of family values, how to accept your flaws, and the flaws of your loved ones. How, despite any animosity, those people are still precious family. It's beautiful.
Niehime to Kemono no Ou
It's reminiscent of Beauty and the Beast. A cute romance between sweet floofy king that pretends to be strong, and a brave girl that was raised as a human sacrifice.
Why Did You Come To My Home
Okay, first thing, THE ART IS G O R G E O U S. Most of the panels are dripping with atmosphere and yet the comedic timing is still impressive! The shift in art style between the more serious scenes, the flashbacks, the half-way scenes where it's clearly supposed to be important yet still light-hearted and funny, and just the comedy scenes are well paced and beautifully done. It's a great story too!
