Shoushin Otoko ni Haru no Arashi
A wholesome story about 32 yr old Eisuke Koda and his young lover, Nagashima. Eisuke enjoyed the view of the sakura in front of his apartment until a new building blocked it. The tenants included a senior high student, Nagashima, who first fell in love with Eisuke. Despite a little drama, nothing gets dragged on and it's a really cute story. I like that it's also uncensored.
