It's complicated lol but to keep it simple, aamon is a dragon and his mate is nain but nain fell inlove w/ gwen but he also loves aamon. Aamon found out and was jealous so he nearly killed gwen. Nain was heartbroken about it then i think he vanished? Like turned to dust or idk the translation was mtl so I couldn't understand it properly The last chapter of the novel it seems like nain is alive but also .. not. Like he's just a ghost where only aamon, gwen, and several ppl could see. It's not a happy ending imo. There's a lot more to it like how aamon has been brainwashing nain to forget stuff so nain wouldn't kill himself.. but yea gwen and nain deserved better im sobbing reading this story
